Razer Synapse wont even let me bind the keys listed above, it just ignores the alt key as if its unpressed. I used to have the razer naga and it had a number pad option on the bottom of the mouse, this one just has profiles and im just trying to bind my 1-9 0-= to my number pads 1-9 0-= ! i set my computer at sleep mode for 3 hours, came back and the binds werent working at all. That way, we can be sure that it's not your account that's causing the problem. I also tried Macro with Command Left Down only on … its really fucking with my keybinds on WoW.

Synapse 2 states that my device isn’t connected (it certainly is). i went into the synapse and saw my macros still there but no key assigned to any of them and when i tried to assign the keys again i clicked save and its just not binding them, it still says 0 keybinds. When Sierra came out, the first thing that drastically changed for me and my Razer Naga Epic Chroma and Synapse was a lack of being able to use the left-click in a macro. This all started when I wanted to keybind Alt+F to an action in a game and I'm at the end of the rabbit hole.
I used to have buttons on my Naga that were assigned to Shift+Left Click, Control + Left Click, Command + Left Click, etc.
